TEA Strategic Plan

By 2030, at least 60% of Texans will have a degree, certificate, or other postsecondary credential of value as part of initiative. Launched by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, this initiative builds on the progress of the state¡¯s previous plan, 60x30TX, by widening the lens for higher education.

To accelerate student outcomes and meet these goals, the Texas Education Agency adopted a strategic plan centered on four strategic priorities and supported by five key actions. Together, these efforts guide the agency¡¯s work on behalf of more than five million public school students across the state.
